— You are asked to prepare your poster as a single PDF file.
— Your poster presentation video (mp4 format) should be no longer than 1 minute.
— We recommend making your short video by recording a number of ppt slides together with audio explanations, using this PowerPoint (Microsoft Office) template to record your speech. Moreover, you have the option to use your webcam and add a recording of yourself in the lower-right corner of your presentation. Please find an Office tutorial here. If you are more familiar with other video recording tools, you are of course welcome to use those to create the mp4 file.
— Please upload your poster files (pdf and mp4) from 15th December 2021 until 12th January 2022 using this link
— If you have more than one poster, please upload all your files simultaneously
